Welcome to DrawLink ("we", "our", or "us"). DrawLink is a social drawing and creativity platform that lets you share drawings, connect with friends, participate in weekly drawing contests, and exchange messages. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

By downloading, installing, or using DrawLink, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of DrawLink, our users, or others.

4.4 Business Transfers

If DrawLink is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in advance.

5. User-Generated Content

DrawLink allows you to post drawings and photos. When you post content:

Deleting content: You can delete your own drawings and photos at any time from your profile. Deleted content is removed from our servers within 30 days.

All permissions are requested at runtime and can be revoked at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain features of the app.

With your permission, DrawLink sends push notifications to alert you about:

You can opt out of push notifications at any time via your device's notification settings (Settings › Notifications › DrawLink). You will still be able to use the app after opting out.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete all associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

DrawLink is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
